Wallschlaeger’s Weekly
March 7, 2022
Dear First Grade Parents,
Next week is Lutheran School’s Week. For those who are new to Immanuel, it is a week to celebrate Lutheran Schools and Christian Education. A Flyer is coming home with your child this Monday to let you know about all the special days coming up next week. On Monday the 14th there is no school. Teachers will be a workshop all day. Tuesday starts the kick-off with Friday being Grandparents’ Day. On Friday the 18th, your child may invite their grandparents to do special activities with them here at Immanuel. On that Friday, school will start at the regular time but Grandparents’ do not need to be here until 1:00 p.m.
Please be sure and read the flyer it tells of all of the special activities for the week and all of the special dress up days. If you have any questions, feel free to send me an email.
The First Graders will be leading Chapel on March 30. We will be starting this week preparing for our Chapel. It sounds kind of early, but we have Lutheran Schools’ Week and Spring Break right in the middle of our preparation. I would like to invite all of you to Chapel on that day. Please set aside that day if you can come. I hope you all have a great week.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Wallschlaeger
