Just Checking In

Dear parents,
This isn’t really a newsletter, but more of a “check-in.” This past has brought many changes to all of our lives in a very short time. I want you all to know that children and your families are in my prayers daily. God is bigger than all of this and he is in control!
There have been changes at our house as well. My daughter and her boyfriend drove all day Saturday from LA to come stay with us to ride out the worst of coronavirus. We’ve been busy making space for two more adults in our home. My mom heart is happy and less worried now that they are here.
Whatever changes are happening in your household, know that God is changeless and always with you. Please let me know if you have any prayer requests that I can add to my daily prayers. I am working on some ways to stay connected with the kids and will check in with you again later this week. In the meantime, please tell them all how very much I miss them and that I am praying for them all. You can remind them to be working on their Theme Park project and their journaling. I can’t wait to see all of their creativity!
Please enjoy this time with your family to reconnect and slow down a bit. I know there will be many blessings coming out of this interesting time in history. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for your family.
