Chapel
Your child will learn about Jesus daily in their classroom.
But once a week they join with other students to worship in Chapel.
During Covid 19 – there are 3 multiple chapels on Wednesday held in the gym to allow for social distancing.
“Normal Chapel” allows your child to interact, serve and help one another through kindergarten to 8th grade chapel families. Chapel families help your child learn patience, kindness and love for others while engaging in worship activities. They also help promote a family connection among the students.
Chapel services are lead by Pastor Dustin Kear, along with principal Michael Brandon, Mr. Charlie Pflieger, and other local pastors.
Each grade will have the opportunity to lead a Chapel service once during the school year. This process helps students become comfortable with public speaking and develops the critical skills of cooperation and teamwork. It gives your child the opportunity to share their faith with others.
Each week after the chapel service, a student from each grade is recognized by their classroom teacher for their unique Christian characteristics, Student of the Week.
