Dear First Grade Parents,

In Social Studies we are studying different occupations. Usually, I have parents set up a time to come to class and talk about their jobs with the students.  Since you are not allowed to enter the building you can still share with the class information about your job.  If you feel your job would be interesting for the class to learn about, please write a short paragraph explaining your job and what you do at your job. We will read these reports this tomorrow during Social Studies.

Next Friday the 22nd is the Education Fair.  First Graders are not required to participate in the Education Fair.  We will however, be visiting the Education Fair during the school day so students can see all the projects. We will also be visiting the 4th Grade class to see their projects, and find out how to do a science experiment and put together a Science Fair project.

Stay warm and may God bless your week!

                                                          Sincerely,

                                                          Mrs. Wallschlaeger
